PROCESS AND COMPLETION
1. Enrolment & Orientation
  • Students register for the program (Admission and enrolment)
  • Orientation session explains self-paced learning, expectations, and available resources. (zoom call with our Head teacher)
2. Curriculum & Module Distribution
  • Learning modules are divided into subjects and topics
  • Each module contains lessons, activities, assessments, and reference materials.
3. Learning Process
  • Students work through modules at their own pace.
  • They access digital or printed resources, video lectures, and interactive activities.
  • Support from teachers or facilitators is available through Direct consultations
4. Assessment & Evaluation
  • Formative assessments (quizzes, assignments) are completed within each module.
  • Summative assessments (exams, projects) are required before progressing to the next module.
  • Students can retake assessments if needed.
5. Monitoring & Support
  • Teachers track student progress through learning management systems (LMS) or progress reports.
  • Tutorials and one-on-one sessions are provided for students needing additional help. (limited)
  • Peer discussions and group activities may be encouraged to enhance learning.
6. Completion & Certification
  • Once all modules for a subject or grade level are completed, students take final assessments.
  • Certificates or diplomas are awarded upon successful completion.
